The Seventh Annual Georgia Wine Country Festival features wine, cheese and candy tasting; a variety of live music, including bluegrass; folk art and crafts; food; with live and silent auctions (benefiting SEBA) during a two day event Saturday and Sunday June 7, and 8, 2008 at Three Sisters Vineyards and Winery near Dahlonega. The $20 wine lover’s admission price includes a keepsake Three Sisters wine glass. Non-tasting designated drivers admitted for $10 with Children under 12 free and plenty of free parking.
Guest wineries providing samples include ButterDucks, Boutier, Georgia Wines, and Montaluce; with Dahlonega’s world-famous Fudge Factory; Woodland’s Edge outdoor clothing and accessories shop; Pura Vida USA wellness yoga retreat; and the Buckhead Coffee Company joining many other local businesses on hand to kick off the festivities starting on Saturday from 11AM to 6PM and Sunday from 12:30PM to 5PM.
