Emory Presbyterian Fall Festival Saturday October 4, 2008 features three SEBA bands, BBQ catered by the Pompous Pig, kids activities, bake sale and rain barrels for sale from 11:30 am to 6 pm.

Musselwhite Family Band with Tony Duck starts the music off at noon, and again at 1:45. “Bluegrass Mama” Cindy Musselwhite started out as one of the Hoyles and the family roots reach deep into the north Georgia mountains with toe tapping renditions of traditional tunes Sally Goodin, Salt Creek, and Billy in the Low Ground, and their tight family harmonies on old gospel and a cappella numbers.

Followed by Tucker Station String Band at 12:55, and again at 3:35 PM. A local favorite, with a newly released debut CD “Now Arriving” Tucker Station String Band has performed at the Emory Fall Festival three other times. They regularly appear at the Old Tucker Fountain in Tucker, Ga. every 1st Sunday of the month at 6 PM for Bluegrass with Your BBQ.

Nottaway Connections showcases some of SEBA most talented members who regularly attend the Central jams on 2nd Sunday at Emory Presbyterian every month. Nottaway Connections will perform at 2:45 & again at 4:45.

Everyone’s invited so bring the entire family, all your friends, neighbors and lawn chairs; there’s no admission charge and plenty of opportunities to jam. Emory Presbyterian is located at 1886 N. Decatur Rd. Atl. Ga. 30307
