About Dancin Dan the Banjo Man
Dancin Dan the Banjo Man is a husband and wife duo from South Mississippi.
Dan plays his Ole Time Banjo and Harp while Frankie plays the Base or
Dancin Dan may break into an old fashion flatfoot dance at any time during
performance, makes you want to get up and dance also.
The duo started four years ago with a unique sound. There music can be
a mixture of Ole Time, Country, Blues, and Gospel, all with a Bluegrass
music is both fun and inspirational.
They have performed so far in six states at such venues as Uncle Dave Macon
Festival, Armuchee Bluegrass Festival, Mississippi Opry, Signal Mt. Opry
Radio Stations in and around the Nashville area. Along with many other
Schools, and Churches around Mississippi.
